Looking for a graphic/web designer proficient in HTML, CSS and responsive deign to create a new look user interface for a web app which will be used on iPads, desktop and touch-screen kiosk. Work to be completed both onsite and offsite (if desired). Willing to pay $30-$50/hour.

We will be using input from our various clients as a guide, but one example we'll be using in the design process is attached.

Hi Julian,

We have a back-end developer in house; we are seeking a redesign of the front-end only, at this point, in standards-compliant HTML & CSS. We are seeking an ongoing relationship for assistance with various design projects, with this being the first. Our preference would be to arrange a face to face meeting with prospective contractors to discuss the project before finalising a quote. Peter.
