Hi, as per the information provided. it seems like you would like to have an e-commerce / bidding website for individual users. Yet, the payment gateways to be used for the site has not been disclosed. The other thing that i wanted to know was is it going to be a B2B website like alibaba.com or C2C as you have suggested like ebay.com. only. The other thing that i wanted to know was the technologies that you would like to use for the development of the application. Would you be ok for the development of the app on a php / my sql stack or would you need it n a .net / ms sql stack. It would be great if we could discuss these details.
