Estimate hours will be around 40-45 hours. In this I can cover all the functionality and testing of the project. Approx time taken by each task is mentioned below:

a) Google Analytics- Setup for particular pages or as required -> 1 hr b) Virus removal (dodgy plugin) Files will be cleaned and additional security implemented ->1-2 hrs c) Social login (plugin installed but need to set up social media) -> 1 hrs d) CommWeb (plugin installed but cannot handle error exceptions) Will depend on what exceptions and code -> 3-4 hrs e) Social Viral (like) for access to article -> 1hr (cover with Social Media plugin depending on, which plugin is used) f) Blogging -> 1-2 hrs (depending upon the posts whether with content or dummy content ) g) Exit Pop (with lead magnet incentive to stay / purchase)-> 2-3 hrs h) Squeeze page -> 1 hrs to setup newsletters i) Social Media (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram) -> 1 hrs j) XML Sitemap -> 1hrs k) Upsell on certain product purchase) -> 4-5 hrs (not clear with this point, how many products and are primary products already setup or to be done ?) l) Update to later Wordpress version -> Upgrading with testing of design and functionality 3-5hrs m) Install s2Member -> 2-3 hrs n) WooCommerce recurring payments through CommWeb for VIP Club membership -> 3-4 hrs o) change jQuery on Home page which loads too many products in scroller -> Possible solution is to use e-commerce theme p) Convert website into mobile app using plugin for Android and Apple -> Can be done but Recommended alternative is to use responsive theme and css Price inclusive GST. d) CommWeb (plugin installed but cannot handle error exceptions) Troubleshooting will take 3 hours or more.

e) Social Viral (like) for access to article Could we please request for more details regarding this feature?

f) Blogging Setting up blog templates will only take 4 hours.

g) Exit Pop (with lead magnet incentive to stay / purchase) Setting up Exit pop plugin and integrating into the theme will only take 1 hour, assuming the Ezi Health has purchased the plugin's subscription - https://wordpress.org/plugins/exit-pop/

h) Squeeze page We will setup and use https://wordpress.org/plugins/landing-pages/ , this will require 2-3 hours.

i) Social Media (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram) Depending on the desired placement, adding social media icons and sharing functionality may take 3-4 hours.

k) Upsell on certain product purchase) Woocommerce has a default "You may also be interested..." setting this up with the template will require 3 hours.

l) Update to later Wordpress version Updating requires taking a complete backup of the website including all files and database. Depending on the size of the website it may take up to 4 hours.

m) Install s2Member n) WooCommerce recurring payments through CommWeb for VIP Club membership

We cannot integrate s2Member plugin with Woocommerce. S2Member requires that it use its own system for membership payments (which currently only works with Paypal)

However, we can suggest installing Woocommerce Subscription (as this also supports recurring payments - although not automatic as CommWeb currently isn't supported for automatic recurring payments).

Setting up Woocommerce Subscription takes about 4 hours.

1 hour for fixing this.

p) Convert website into mobile app using plugin for Android and Apple

Please advise. Is this a mobile app or a mobile theme? We can build mobile theme out of the existing wordpress installation by using WPTouchPro or we can also create a new mobile theme from scratch, our standard is 12 hours.
