Hi pkbyron,

Thanks for the chance to quote on your project. My background is with ASP.NET web applications and also .NET desktop applications. Building applications using the C# language. Currently we build sites in both standard web forms and also MVC framework. We extensively use ecommerce platform nopCommerce which their new version has just been released in MVC. We have built call centre software from the ground up which used extensive user based permissions, and also support multiple installations of a .NET CRM which again uses permissions.

Would be keen to catch up on the phone email or Skype to further explore this project. I have set an hourly rate much cheaper than our casual rate due to the size of the project. I can also provide a fixed cost if required, but would require a lot more information.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Thomas.

Is it possible to see current site or Photos/Documents to get a better idea of the amount of work is required?

Pkbyron

Yes - I am having the existing site screen shot and put into a power point so you'll be able to see everything that needs to be rebuilt.

I will attach it to this job asap.

When you say "better version with MVC" are you willing to entertain the use of a different technology such as ruby/rails which uses mvc as a default? Another benefit is ability to run on various hosting platforms.

Pkbyron

Hi - unfortunately for skill reasons we only have .net solutions as a policy.

We are looking at broadening this to something like GAE/python in the future and hence why the MVC mandate for this solution.
