Even though you are looking for the cheapest quote, that may not exactly translate into quality. My quote is high as the site will never break, comes with a warranty and will be superbly crafted. What you pay for is what you'll get I'm afraid. We use WordPress for all of our clients and we find it to be great for maintaining sites with minimal support calls.
