I've been building websites for 10 years now, anything you need I can generally muster up within a couple of days depending on the communication and direction.
I've used WordPress before for many Accommodation websites, but if you have any other preferred method I can look into it.
With payments I suggest looking at https://pin.net.au/ it's a local credit card processor made for developers which makes it easy for us to integrate it into any project we wish. The added benfit I see with this is that it act's 100% like a credit card processor and you don't need to leave the page. While also keep the fees a lot lower than say paypal.

hi geoff65, I have provided an estimated flat rate based on a typical accomodation website with secure PayPal transactions (including credit card payments for people who do not have a PayPal account). If you are starting out 'small' this will more than cover your costs. However, if you have requirements that are unusual for an accommodation site, the cost may be higher, so i have indicated my hourly rate as well. I'm based in SE Qld but have extensive experience working with remote clients so this will not impact on my ability to provide you with my services. I would build your website using a content management system best suited to your requirements. The site would be responsive (e.g. optimised for mobile devices) and have a modern, clean look & feel. My quote includes the cost of hosting and a shared SSL certificate for the first year. After that, you would have yearly renewal costs for domain, hosting & SSL.
