I am looking to develop a database website that will be subscription based (requiring membership log-ins in approx 6 different levels) to record a defined number of data elements and then produce printable reports of various types. Individual user data would be only accessible to that user. Concept is excel based and needs to be converted to php + mysql. Would include credit card processing. Price to be negotiated but require someone who can follow an already specifically designed brief.

Hi, I am able to provide the site you require. I mainly work with converting Excel based spreadsheets into Access databases, but I am also a PHP/MySQL developer and am able to create the site for you. If you already have the plan for the site, and all the required graphic files, then it should not take long to complete. The 100 hours quoted is only an estimate until I look at the Excel file and get a better understanding. It may take significantly less time to complete once I see the file and your plan.
