Website Design Brief – The Event Company Whitsundays. We need a website with a custom management system that is built with a platform that is easy to administer via the back end. Training would need to be provided. All pages would include images and areas of text. This site must be very easy to use and navigate and also have a great bread crumb trail from various points throughout. The site needs to be built with standard SEO for the serach engines and will need to be viewed in all browsers including applications such as iphones and tablets. The site would require 7/8 pages as follows: Home Page – This will need to include a blog/news area and social media links for facebook/twitter. The blog must be linked with the social media. This also needs to be built for conversion to encourage people to click around the site. There would need to be a rolling a banner with three images to engage the customer and all relevant details to make sure our customers know who we. We will need a call to action (maybe that directs to the contact us area). About Us – This will be about The Event Company and their people and our previous and current achievements (boasts!). Weddings – Information regarding our wedding services Corporate – Information regarding our corporate services Gallery – This would be an extensive gallery with many images. We would need to be able to add as many pictures as required and also images would need to be broken down into various categories for separate venues that we cater for. It needs to be very easy to use and navigate. Catalogues – Catalogue information that can be downloaded as a PDF for customers to view with a request a quote facility. The request a quote facility would include a comprehensive list of items for them to tick and sumbit. Testimonials – This is obvious but will need to look extremely appealing. Contact us – This will need to include Address, Telephone Numbers, email contacts and a map of our showroom location. We will require a contact us form. We like vintage colours that include shades of whites/creams & greys (including a dark grey) with accent colours of a peach/rose colour (examples can be supplied).
