Web portal functionality improvements

A web portal for a community to below are the functionality needed.

1: User/member registration 2: Feedback/suggestion or request form 3: Followup on the submitted request/suggestion 4: Each member will have separate profile can send an email and make the attachments to its request. 5: Administrator can plan the events, should have an event calendar. 6: Should generate and view online membership card, card format will be given. 7: Userfriendly and latest features and technology should be used. 8: Should be compatible with the mobile devices. 9: only accessible from SSL. 10: Adminirator should have and full control and options to add the new menus or contents to the portal.
