Automation Integromat Expert needed to complete Complex Scenario
Customers will fill out a service form on Typeform.
Typeform will display a total at the end.
The customer will then submit the form to see if a freelancer is available.
The form is then sent to Airtable.
The freelancers will be notified through the app that a job has been posted.
They can accept the job on Airtable, by selecting their name under “Team member’.
Once it is accepted an invoice is sent to Quickbooks.
Tasks I need assistance:
Currently in Quickbooks if the same person books it is creating a new name and ID each time.
I would like to be able to view all the invoices under the one name.
Looping around job expiry rules eg. Customer must pay within 4 hours.
After the invoice is created I need the customer and freelancers to be exchanged phone numbers and emails for the booking.
The freelancers earn a percentage of the total cost.
At this stage I was going to pay weekly wages.
But if you have a solution where the amounts can be automatically put on a payroll or spreadsheet.
Currently have opened accounts:
Quickbooks (currenty use for my accounting) Happy to change over if need to Invoiceninja
Open to using Woocommerce.
