There will be Monthly cost for SEO which will be $250/Month and for website and maintenance it will cost you only $2000 which includes 1 year of support.

PART ONE Speed Optimisation $550 inc GST Speed is one of the most important ranking factors.

1. Your website is hosted in Utah USA on a slow server. Your customers are in Albury/Wodonga and around Australia. This is costing you over 167ms in loading each time your potential customer loads your website. I would bring the website across to an agreed Sydney or Melbourne based web host. You would be responsible for the costs of web hosting. This will bring your server response time down from considerably from its current 167ms.

2. Your fonts, analytics and font-awesome are hosted elsewhere rather than locally on your server. This means extra time to load. I will host them locally.

3. You have inefficient caching for browser as well as CSS and Javascript. I will also implement some better caching that will help speed up your site.

4. You have inefficient Render Blocking processes loading in your site. I will remove some of these without issue and defer others to speed up your load time.

5. Given that you are looking for an Australia wide audience, we should setup a CDN so that your data is replicated around Australia.

SEO for existing site $495 inc GST

1. Your site does not contain any H1 tags. It is important to have 1 H1 tag per page and this will define the content on the page. I will set these up for you.

2. Your website is not connected with social media (except LinkedIn). Connecting with social media helps to propagate your site and its message. I would connect your site to your social media. You would need to let me know the URL of your facebook and any other social media sites. Your social media links will be added to the header or footer.

3. You have not optimised ALT Tags. These are important in defining the images on your site so that Google knows how to index them and the page. You would let me know the keywords for your each web page.

4. The amount of content per page is too low to get optimal positions in Google rankings. I can add text that you provide for each page.

5. Your contact page redirects. This is not good for rankings. I will fix it.

6. Your Google Map is reporting a broken link error. I will fix the error.

7. You are using Yoast but the suggestions it provides are not being implemented. I will optimise based on the web page keywords that you provide.

9. Your ServerSignature is on. This is a security issue. I will ensure that it is turned off.

I can upload the products for you in one session. Certain things like variations may need to be added manually. I will do so.

1. Some products will have quite a few variations. For example:- Fittings in pneumatics section on the attached pdf. There are plastic push-fit fittings, nickle plated brass push-fit fittings, stainless steel push-fit fittings then under each of these categories there are different shapes with different thread size, different tube size and some with no threads just tube size.
2. Ongoing fees for plug-ins etc are to be minimal
3. Site security will need to be maintained throughout each process
4. Site must be responsive for PC, Pads and smart phones.

Optimising the speed will increase your chances to rank. The keywords that you provide me will determine what words we setup for Google to find you.

How are we going to drive and ensure solid conversion rates? I am sorry but there are no guarantees. It depends on the level of competition for your keywords, the amount of effort that is put into writing the text for each page as well as the other SEO and optimisation factors. We can setup Google Analytics to monitor the amount of traffic. We can monitor the rankings. If one page is more effective than another, we can then determine the differences and implement them elsewhere. I can show you how to modify the ranking factors.

How are we going to address site security? I have quoted for securing the site as part of the quotation above. If you have concerns about particular parts of the process, we can discuss them and work out a solution.
