I am looking for a web developer that specialist in WordPress and could work with me together for some website projects. I am more of a front end designer and need someone that love coding and form a team to complete multiple projects. I have one project now in the bidding process and if we work well together we could build a long-term relationship with each others.

Need to be expert at WordPress and also HTML and CSS.

Hi, Tong. I am an expert PHP backend developer, but I am not totally familiar with WordPress. I've made a custom page template (for form display and submission) and I understand how the loop works and such things as hooks and filters. Is this the level of expertise you are looking for?
