I am building a website for a boutique recruitment agency ( one person at this stage). We are using a Wordpress theme called Virtuoso. ( http://themeforest.net/item/virtuoso-a-theme-for-creative-art-businesses/full_screen_preview/13398197).
The CRM we are using is a a cloud solution called Job Adder. We are looking to display current jobs on the home page (we have a scrolling website) of the website and then also on a dedicated jobs page.

Job Adder offer two methods of doing this either through JavaScript Widget or a XML jobs Feed.
We would also like to see if there anyway of automating a image for the jobs based on category. e.g. if it’s a ‘marketing’ role then a certain pre-determined image shows.
We have minor customisations as well, such at the footer and certain sections that require some tweaks.

There are multiple ways to do that, but since Job Adder already uses javascript then we can write our own script to filter out the 'marketing' jobs and take any kind action we want with them.
The website looks great by the way, the theme seems pretty simple and easy to use. I don't know what other customisations you might want so I've placed my hourly rate instead of a fixed rate but if we are to write down the changes required I'd be happy to give you a fixed rate. The javascript job I'd estimate it would take between 1-3 hours to write.
