Our online retail company needs your help: I'm currently looking for a native English speaker to write brand descriptions for our website. Fear not! These are descriptions for luxury brands, so you won't have to scratch your head too often.
This is a sizable project: roughly 50,000 words spread out across multiple brand descriptions. We're working on a tight budget, as we're doing this across multiple domains, so the amount mentioned here is a fixed one. We are however flexible when it comes to the deadline, and would pay weekly based on the performed work.
Contact me if you have any questions! The project is for a New Zealand website, so we're looking for a Kiwi, Australian, or UK person.
Best Maria
Hi I could start this job when I get back from holidays and have it completed by the the end of January. If you award me job in next couple of days then I can get details off you and work on the job in the evening, which will mean that I can deliver it earlier for you. I have done loads of Product Descriptions. Thanks :)
I am more than happy to wax lyrical about luxury! After a spell in Abu Dhabi writing clever copy about luxury hotels and spa treatments, I'm your girl.
Hello, I am an experienced writer and I have extensive experience working on product descriptions. I previously worked on a large Australian Promotional Products site. All work guaranteed original. My bid is based on 6 cents per word negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Paula.
Hi Maria,
I'd love to write your product descriptions.
I can write concise and engaging descriptions, and will add them to your website if you want.
While completing a Bachelor of Communications I received awards in five writing papers and wrote for The Wellingtonian newspaper - http://goo.gl/oTKI7s
Since university I built http://exploringgreentechnology.com/ and wrote articles for the website - which gets 600 visitors per day.
For the past three months I've been contracting as a digital marketing analyst - which has included advising clients on how to write useful product descriptions for online shops.
If I sound like a good fit for your project, I'm ready to get started.
Also, if you'd like any advice on SEO for your website, that's what I've been doing for the past three months.
All the best, Greg Whitburn

Hi Maria:
Here is some additional information about me.
I am based in Auckland and am available to work on this project immediately. I also have a reputation for being able to meet tight deadlines.
Thank you, Kiri
Hi Maria, I have extensive experience in this type of work and can provide you with examples and references of recent similar work. I am extremely reliable and self-autonomous, so you can set me a task and relax, knowing that my work will be presented on time and to a standard that will not require editing. My quote is based upon the 50,000 word estimate and is negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a lovely day. Kindest regards, Jas.
Hello, on request I can provide a sample paragraph of content recently written for another website, which is yet to go live. Extensive editing beyond the original scope of the project will be charged at an hourly rate.
Hi Maria I'm a copywriter based Melbourne who specialises in website copy. I work full-time for software company MYOB, but they are shutting down from the 20th of Dec to the 6th of Jan, so I'm available full-time during that period. After that am always happy to work out of hours during the week and on weekends. You can find my resume and online portfolio here: http://www.krop.com/bonniepalmerportfolio/
Thanks Maria! Bonnie.

Hi Maria,
I've been working as a Melbourne based freelance writer for the past 5 years after leaving the corporate world where my last role was heading up the business communications team for Melbourne's leading daily newspaper.
I find having 20 plus years of marketing experience behind me gives me an edge in being able to quickly determine exactly what my clients need for the audience they want to reach.
My writing projects have covered everything from websites, case studies and capability statements to personal and corporate profiles, taglines, blogs, media releases, brochures, articles and everything in between.
My approach is to be absolutely clear on the brief and to aim to deliver copy that is 'right first time' so that edits are kept to an absolute minimum.
I am 'old school' in my approach to spelling and grammar.
I am very interested in taking on a job of this size and as a next step would be more than happy to provide you examples and references for you to review.
I am available to start at any time. I do not usually pitch for work on ozlance as I know I am a good writer and I do not wish to compete with those who undercut just to win the work. In this case you are offering a fixed price which I accept on face value as being fair and reasonable for the work you need performed. If successful I would prefer payments on an on-going basis for work delivered.
If all the above sounds reasonable, please get in touch and let's see if we can work together.
Regards, Steve Kynoch trading as letterwordline
