So if I am understanding your requirements correctly you are needing someone to do a code analysis of your current C# and SQL Server Based application.

From the get go it’s going to be crucial to work out what technology stacks have been used in the front end and in the backend, if there is any Dependency Injection or specific Patterns that have been used which may either aid you in doing the required changes or may be a disadvantage to you.
