I welcome the opportunity to quote on your project. I understand this is a transition from existing CMS to WordPress but appreciate that there is a lot of complexity in your existing site that others have overlooked.

My approach would be to conduct a 2 hour telephone/Skype workshop to walk through the more complex components of your site and to prepare a detailed transition proposal for you ($500 flat fee for this service). I'm then estimating 30 hours of implementation time to include migration, development and training.

I implore you to ensure that the freelancer working on this project fully understands what is required in this transition for this project to be successful for both you and him/her.

I can also provide low-cost hosting which is fully managed and can incorporate monthly activities such as upgrading plugins, ensuring security AOK and providing statistics reports.
